Hasn’t Elizabeth been through enough trauma without throwing her Dad in jail too?
He made a stupid and careless mistake but it was not against the law. And I would hope he is reminded of how lucky he was not to have faced the same horror of those parents that had to bury their children, or face decades of wondering if they are still alive.
