Once the population is dominated by democrats seeking government solutions through handouts, and federal programs paid for by the working class slaves. Note the working class I speak of are individuals who earn money and PAY taxes, thus if one pays no taxes they are recipients not working class citizens.
That is why change in America must be a return to small government, fiscal responsibility, and moral decision making processes. Welfare as we know it must be ended immediately, unemployment offices closed and employment offices opened. Those who refuse to work, should be cut off.
And yes a 30 foot wall must be built on our southern border, and illegals returned to their home countries.
