The Chicago Climate Exchange: a web of lies and corruption brought to us by Barack Obama
The Collins Report ^ | May 23, 2010 | Suzanne Eovaldi

Posted on 05/23/2010 7:12:25 AM PDT by jmaroneps37

Barack Obama, said, “Under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.” We thought it was dead, but it’s not.

Renamed “The Power Bill,” the odious Cap and Trade legislation is back.

Estimates say for every green job created, our economy will lose two jobs, but powerful conspirators in and out of government who are pushing the “Power bill” don’t care. They’re behind the Chicago Climate Exchange about which Glenn Beck has said “We’re facing the dismantling of our way of life.”

Who is at the center of this decades old plan to trade residential air? Beck says, “Barack Obama was the one on the board of the Joyce Foundation that secured the initial funding for this project.”

“Fannie Mae, who is congressionally mandated to ‘make housing more affordable,’ is poised to reap billions on a system that has nothing to do with housing, except ….mak[ing] housing costs go up,” Beck said.

“…. Chicago Climate Exchange, ….., is a veritable rat’s nest of cronyism. The largest shareholder in the Exchange is Goldman Sachs. Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is its honorary chairman,” says reporter Judy McLeod.

Al Gore and other founders of the London company, Generation Investment Management, along with Goldman Sachs are investors in the CCE.

Carlton Bartels, since deceased, invented a system to trade residential carbon credits. His widow sold the patent to Franklin Raines, the CEO at the helm of the Fannie Mae meltdown.

The day after the Democrats took control of Congress, Nov. 7, 2006, the patent was approved, according to journalist Barbara Hollingsworth.

Fannie Mae also hold a patent on a government regulated device that can shut down electricity to private residential homes using too much electricity, according to Beck. He said at least six of the CCE investors, board members.....

The Chicago Climate Exchange is the face of this web of lies. This is why we should make certain we beat Cap and Trade regardless of what these gangsters want to call it.

We’re being forced into cap and trade by means of extortion. In Michigan, legislators are forcing energy producers to cut production and denying permits for coal fired plants at the same time they’re handing out permits for wind farms.

When they force these cuts they drive up prices to consumers, lower overhead of the producers who then sell carbon credits for the CO2 they aren’t producing.

They deny the permits for coal plants by claiming there isn’t enough demand to justify them but allowing wind farms despite the “lack of demand”.

The Federal Government is clearly now in business to insure it’s perpetuity, while enriching those businesses and individuals who help achieve the goal of Marxism for all.

The line is clear. Resist tyranny by whatever means necessary.
Federal government is out of control and cannot be reformed without a constitutional revolt.

On Friday, Sandor and the other shareholders of parent company Climate Exchange cashed out of this big idea for about $600 million. The IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), an electronic futures and derivatives platform based in Atlanta and London, announced it had agreed to purchase the three exchanges, the Chicago Climate Exchange, Chicago Climate Futures Exchange and European Climate Exchange.

The good-inentioned experiment got too big for its test tube, and now have a monster on our hands.

Back in 1994, the Dems, led by the pit yorkie David Bonior, mounted an outrageous charge, that the multi-million dollar book deal signed on to by incoming Speaker Newt Gingrich was tantamount to a bribe, no matter Bonior and many other criticizing Dems had themselves accepted in-kind book deals. Their excuse as to why Gingrich's deal was criminal and theirs were okee-dokee? That as Speaker, he would have influence over all legislation that was before the House, they tried to claim the publishers were attempting to secure some kind of favoritism. In order to satisfy these idiots, Gingrich passed up financial security and only accepted $1 in order to make the contract legal.

Totally false charge, there never was and never has been any indication that Gingrich was providing favoritism or benefits via legislation to anyone. NOW, however, we have a sitting president who is promoting legislation which he will ultimately sign once it passes that directly benefits his cronies and former colleagues at the taxpayers' expense through a situation he himself created prior to taking office. Where are the pit yorkie and his fellow yappers??

Where are Woodward and Bernstein, so hot to take down a president because of criminal activity masterminded in the Oval Office? Where are the senators who spent months and months investigating, a chance question from then-counsel Thompson leading to the information from Butterfield about the taping system?? WHERE IS THE PRESS??!!

All rhetorical, I already know the answers to my questions.

“The good-intentioned experiment got too big for its test tube, and now have a monster on our hands.

And though the past has it’s share of injustice
Kind was the spirit in many a way
But it’s protectors and friends have been sleeping
Now it’s a monster and will not obey

(Suicide)
The spirit was freedom and justice
And it’s keepers seem generous and kind
It’s leaders were supposed to serve the country
But now they won’t pay it no mind
‘Cause the people grew fat and got lazy
And now their vote is a meaningless joke
They babble about law and order
But it’s all just an echo of what they’ve been told
Yeah, there’s a monster on the loose
It’s got our heads into a noose
And it just sits there watchin’

Glenn Beck is *the* investigative journalist of the 21st century.

His exposure of Crime Inc. is probably the biggest story in the annals of infamous human history.

Pray for Beck. Support his sponsors. Do something personally.

Yah, well, good luck with that. If you can't even get FReepers on board how will you get the sheeple?

America -- a great idea, didn't last.

It's toast. Would you like some tea with that?

A little Steppenwolf. Recognized it immediately. How fitting. Written in the early 70’s, and very clearly an imminent danger.

This must be the reason for installing smart meters in residences. This is a corrupt, sick group.
