Historically this would be major popcorn time, but apparently dems can now say and do anything they want without ever having to account for it. Either Sestak or Obama should be forced out of public office because of this but likely neither one will be negatively affected in any way even though one of them is guaranteed to be guilty.

The law is a laughingstock to democrats and the press.

"anything beyond that just gets into politics."

BS!!! It's against the law! and if you intend to uphold the Constitution, you have an obligation to fully expose any violations of federal law!

Enforcement of the law assumes there is a prosecutor and/or law enforcement officials with enough balls to actually enforce the law.

Clearly, at the Federal level, law enforcement is selective based on which laws they want to enforce, and against whom they wish to enforce them.

Tax Law — enforced with an iron fist and armed men for you and me; not enforced, or only grudgingly against Rangle, Gietner, et al.

Immigration Law — enforced against the white widow of a man who died on 9/11; not enforced 20 million times over against illegal Mexicans and the people that hire them, or Obama’s aunt.

We are officially a Banana Republic, charting a course for the full on Corruptocrisy a la Mexico.

Situations such as this are among many critical reasons the Republicans need to win back the House, and both the House and Senate. Some interesting hearings (with subpoena power) need to take place on this and other subjects.

Otherwise, these things will never be investigated.
