Chia Head got China by the balls, too.
China thinks it has control over Chia Head, but the reality is the other way around. China has only itself to blame. China owns the whole N. Korea thing at this time. If Chia Head were to blow things up, both China and Chia Head are responsible. Which one is more guilty? It has become tough to tell.
