Graphic evidence of what Arizona is up against(An ecological as well as moral disaster)

While educators in faraway Highland Park, Illinois, residents of the White House in distant Washington DC formerly domiciled in a heavily patrolled academic middle class area of Chicago and denizens of other insulated communities huff and puff about Arizona's newly enacted law on immigration - a law they haven't read and don't understand - let's hear from an actual resident of Arizona. Let's see what she sees that others won't tell you.

Arizona resident Toni Sathe Perrin distributed a personal e mail asking us to "Please understand what is really happening in Arizona" thoughtfully including some vivid pictures of the Sonoran Desert with her commentary; commentary and sights missing from most recent reports. Stretching from northern Mexico, southwestern Arizona and southeastern California, the Sonoran Desert has the barrenness one associates with a wilderness along with areas of striking stark beauty. It is also one of the many routes used by illegal aliens of all backgrounds to sneak into the United States.

And yes, diversity loving profilers busy condemning the Arizona laws and its 65%+ American supporters "illegal aliens of all backgrounds." As Perrin explains

"Illegals are not just Mexican or Hispanic. A large militant Arab population goes to South America to learn enough Spanish to "pass" as Mexicans. They colonize in Arizona, especially in the south around Tucson. Arizona has become a gateway for Al Qaida and other anti-American groups. There are parts of Arizona that resemble third world slums where English is not spoken."

Does former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano (D) know about this? Did she in her years as governor?

Respect for the environment is obviously not what those who choose to illegally invade our country have in mind when they come here.

George Bush and his fellow Bushies are idiots in protecting these people from punishment for violating our laws.

I think that these photos are from a pick-up point where the illegals wait to be taken into Tuscon...so that they can blend in, they change clothes and throw away their pack packs...there was one group(maybe the Minutemen?) that would police up the back packs and give them out to school kids every September.

I wouldn’t give them to kids, or anyone. They needed to be burned. No amount of soap and water can clean that up.

They do the same thing to the neighborhoods they move into.

Being a native of So Cal I've seen their destruction first hand.

And having served on a cop union negotiating committee, with full access to our employers (the county) financial records, I've seen the economic destruction and misapplication of capital they cause.

It's no big deal if one is wealthy like McCain or the Bush family, but for the rest of us?

I’d love to see a law passed that sentenced every illegal caught to spend 10 days cleaning up some part of the desert, without gloves - preferably close to to the border. Might be the best deterrent.

Accommodations would be “Arpaio Suites” (aka tents). If he “self deports” at the first opportunity, well it saved us the cost of busing him back across the border.

I’ll bet the states along the Gulf coast would trade those littered paths for their gushing well any day. I support Arizona’s efforts across the board but the littered paths are hardly an ecological disaster.

“...the littered paths are hardly an ecological disaster....”

Photographs show the common paths but the damage from plastic trash to pristine areas is very wide and prolific.
The raw Petroleum in the Gulf will breakdown naturally and most of it will be gone by next summer even though the effects will last longer.

In the desert vast acres of plastic trash will stay unsightly for a much much longer time.

Aside from the environmental impact the situation has already closed off most of the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument to tourists and backpackers. Illegal immigration is creating crime and safety concerns that are very real in urban, rural, and wilderness settings.

I would BRAND them on the forehead with a large “I” for illegal.

Then when they try to apply for any job- it is visible. Also visible to LEO’s.

I am willing to bet that you have NOT personally set eyes on the mess they leave in their tracks.

Until you have seen it yourself- not on “YouTube” or anywhere that it can be edited, I suggest that you could not be more wrong about your statement.

I would also bet that you have never talked directly, personally to a rancher in Ariz-New Mexico-or Texas about the damages they are suffering with the intruders.

Did you attend the funeral of rancher Robert Krentz? Bet not.

Did you send a donation to his family to help them continue running their ranch? Bet not.

Where ever your safe little haven is, you are not watching intruders kill your cattle, sheep & dogs. You have not lost cattle to butchers who cut off the choicest pieces & leave the rest of a $2000 steer for the buzzards. Do you think there is insurance for that kind of trouble? Think again. You are not seeing your buildings broken into, as well as your house.

You are not seeing your cattle die because the intruders have fouled the stock tanks on your acreage with their human waste & used diapers.

Quit playing compter games & find out up close & personal what is actually going on in the border states.

Ok, I’ll play your game.

What type of respect for any other area of the environment of the USA do you think that these same people would have if they choose to do this in the desert.

Think they would think twice on dumping used motor oil on the ground or leaving garbage instead of clothes anywhere they went? How about used drug needles for our kids to find play with?

Of course Zer0 is culpable on this. The point is the RINO Bush started this when he mades statements as POTUS that supported the illegals being here like

“They do jobs that Americans won’t do” and “these are honorable and hardworking people”.

Bush was a gift for the Dems as their support of illegals was made far easier by just following a dumb Republican POTUS.

ALL the Bushes are of the same mold. NO MORE BUSHES.
