DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - Nine people charged with illegally accessing President Barack Obama's student loan records while working for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa have pleaded not guilty in federal court.
The former employees of Vangent Inc. are accused of gaining access to a computer at the contractor's office in Coralville and getting into Obama's records while he was either a candidate for president, president-elect or president.

Nine people doing jobs American (media) citizens won’t do? Doesn’t this qualify the nine as ILLEGALS and therefore immune from American law?

Bet they found that he went to school on Foreign Aid money.
That kind of school tuition is ONLY granted to NON-CITIZENS of the USA.
Bet they found absolutely nothing and now they’re at pointless, self-inflicted legal risk.
If they found nothing it’s because it’s already been scrubbed.

Did you see the special on Fox this weekend about al-Awlaki? I thought it was interesting they were making such a big point of his fraudulent social security numbers and the one he used to get foreign aid.
Could it be not so subtle pressure on the Whitehouse? What does Fox know and what do they want?

As much as I hate to admit it, I think this is the most logical reason. IF they had found something, they would have squeled by now. No sense in going down without taking the POTUS with you. They probably hope that by denying they did it, then it will blow over because it may be hard to prove, beyond a reasonably doubt, that they did the deed.
Of course, it is possible that they are indeed not guilty and never did what they are accused of.
Whatever, even if they did find out something, it would never be allowed to be revealed in open court....plus it would be an admission of guilt. So, no matter what...nothing will come of this...logically speaking. Realty isn’t always logical.
The question needs to be asked as to how and why nine different people would be looking for Obama’s records?? And why has it taken so long to file charges?? Why file charges if these people weren’t doing anything with the information??
Not Guilty, What we found were records belonging to a Foreign Exchange Student from Indonesia, so it couldn’t have been Obama.
