Ok, clearly you don’t like Carly. Got it. Now, Carly ran HP Medical Division, I know, I was there when she was. She ran it pretty damn well. HP is into everything political, its necessary for survival in today’s climate if you are part of the mercantile class, capitalistic Businesses that make use of government regulation to profit (something I sincerely don’t like).

That being said, who are you and what is your dog in the fight?

Thanks in advance!

Good point. I know there are a number of people here who support Wal-Mart for perfectly valid reasons, knowing full well that Hillary Rodham Clinton was on their Board. Maybe the link in the article might give Jim Rob an excuse to change the fund-raising graphic.

Thanks for your post. The post that began this thread is misleading in several ways and frankly should therefore be removed.

First it represents that Carly has been "tied" to the World Economic Forum and refers us to the "muckety" website. That website contains no such reference. Assuming for the sake of argument that Carly did at some time attend a WEF meeting, she probably did so in her capacity as CEO of HP, which is almost certainly a member of the WEF.

Second, it refers to a company called Revolution Health and refers darkly to Board members who are prominent Democrats. Sounds scary, doesn't it? Revolution Health was a competitor to WebMD founded by Steve Case (the founder of AOL) that was recently merged into another company. It had nothing to with political revolution, politics, or the progressive movement as is implied by the post.

Folks, people can honestly disagree about Carly's qualities as a conservative. Based on her platform and more than a few personal conversations with her, I believe her to be a real conservative, not another Snowe, Collins or Specter. The "evidence" that has been posted on this site to the contrary, and the personal email exchanges I have had with Freepers who oppose Carly, have not persuaded me that I am wrong.

As far as the post that began this thread goes, it is an incaccurate, misleading, ad hominem attack not worthy of this Forum.

...ahhh, many of us were there (and still have worthless stock awards from her brilliance) and she ran NOTHING well or damn well, and investors saw that pretty clearly. Oh, I forgot, she did run her personal exec office pretty well with the jets, stylists, personal makeup gal etc and got booted with the tens of millions of golden handshake to get the heck out of the way. She’s a globalist of the first order and a SchwartzenKennedy Republican at best...

ymmv

I am sorry, I wasn't aware that I had to submit an application and, maybe, a DNA sample. Your sole basis of your pro-Fiorina stance is your employment while she was a CEO. A CEO which ran HP into the ground and let's not forget how she did the same to Lucent.

No dogs into the fight and definitely no RINOs as well. This woman is to the left of being a RINO so unless you have actual facts (other than feelings based on your employment with HP), my identity is as irrelevant as anyone else here. Anyone who had enough RINOs running California should be able to recognize Fiorina for what she actually is. But you have the right to support her and that alone will not make me question your identity or purpose. It seems to be an Alinsky tactic of choice of many self-proclaimed conservatives here.

Expecting the mandatory "newbie" argument...
