It needs to includes machine guns and other NFA items. Mandating that the state provide legal representation to any accused individuals is a great addition, though.

Gotta love the states stepping up and declaring their rights against the usurper. Funny, I’ve never seen this much “push back” from the states...probably because no pres has been as abusive to state’s rights as O-A-Hole.

Tom Emmer, the Republican State Rep running for Governor, tried getting a similar bill passed here in MN.

DFL shot it down.

I HATE the DFL. Union commie thugs... Their only solution to EVERY problem appears to be "higher taxes".
