We "murder" them for attacking us, for terrorizing us, and for attempting to enslave us to their tyranny.
This is more than just a simple bit of vandalism.
It would not be murder, it would be legally justifiable use of deadly force. Self defense IOW. Somebody who'd sneak onto your domicile at night, and vandalize your property, who knows what else they might do? Our law recognizes that fact, and allows people to defend themselves and their property.
Preventing arson is another justification for use of deadly force in Texas.
But, it is MN and if the homeowner would have capped the little bastard, he’d need a VERY good lawyer....
