While the world is focused on bloodshed aboard a Turkish ferryboat manned by sympathizers of the terrorists of Hamas, the real crisis looms like Godzilla rising from the sea. In its latest report on Iran, the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency, or IAEA, reports that Iran has now piled up enough fuel for two nuclear bombs.
Was this the reason the Security Council went into an emergency huddle on Monday? Was this the reason UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon pronounced himself “shocked”? Was this the reason the European Union called for an inquiry and Turkey’s Prime Ministers Erdogan began clanging alarms about “state terrorism”? Nope. That was all about Israel trying to stop a planned provocation by what turned out to be knife and cudgel-wielding “peace activists” advertising “aid” as a cover for trying to bust the Israeli blockade on the Hamas terrorists who rule Gaza (and who preside over a welfare enclave subsidized by U.S. and EU tax dollars, with the Israelis letting relief supplies in, while Iranian-backed Hamas and its Islamist pals target Israel with rockets and dedicate themselves to its destruction).
Whether in Washington, New York, Paris, Berlin, Jeddah, Cairo or beyond, anyone quietly depending on the Israelis to scotch Iran’s ambitions for nuclear hegemony over the oil fields of the Arabian Gulf might want to think twice before ganging up further on the Israelis. The real crises are still ahead, and they are not going to be confined to bloody propaganda stunts staged by fake “peace activists” cruising the Mediterranean.

We should give them 2 nukes...then nuke the hell out of them if they want it so bad. These disgusting vermin have no idea.
If that's what the IAEA are reporting, then the actual amount the Iranians have is probably enough for 40 or 50, and 10 have already been built.

Sensational headlines only play to Iran's obsessive need for celebrity in the muslim world at our (the west) expense. Yes, on paper they now have enough UF6, to make 2 bombs.....if they can enrich their fissile fuel to 90%+ from the miserable 3% that they have achieved so far with thousands of cascades running for years.
The most telling part of the report is on page 2, item 12. where Iran's best effort at refining is revealed. In three months they made about 2 pounds of about 20% U235. That is 1/16th of a bomb....in three months. Do the math, that's 4 years until they have, at least on paper, enough U235 for a bomb.
That's under ideal conditions. Going from 20% to 90% is much, much harder and more inefficient.
Iran has not brought online anthing but primitive IR-1 cascades and are years away from doing so.
There are other major obstacles before Iran can create a deliverable weapon and many ways we can interfere economically.
Here is the money question: Does Iran have the political will to endure increasing economic sanctions for the next 5-6 years before they can at least test a weapon?

My objective in following the activities in Iran is simple.
The jihad mentality of the certain mullahs and Ahmadinejad is dangerous. In essence, they have made it clear that the U.S.A. and Israel are their enemies.
If a nuke won’t work; maybe some other scheme/weapon(s) will work for them.
Their intense and focused effort to let us know how much they hate us should never be overlooked.
Remember, although Pakistan is the supposed first muslim country to have a nuke, it has never fully detonated one, it only lit off the implosion charges.
Iran wants to be the first to do so and show all muslims that shiism is the most potent of muslim sects in order to cower Saudi Arabia, Iraq, etc. Especially Iraq where there is deep hatred since their war and Iraqi shiites refuse to follow Iran's political leads.

The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has planned to restrict its euro transactions, local satellite Press TV reported on Wednesday.
CBI has a major plan for converting 45 billion of its euro reserves into dollar and gold ingots, the report said.
The CBI’s new monetary policy comes against a backdrop of a new phase of economic recession in the European states of Greece and Spain, which has caused a drop in the value of euro against the dollar in international markets, according to Press TV.
In 2005, Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad proposed a switch in the country’s transactions from U.S. dollar to euro as a counter-measure to the U.S. and Western moves against Iran’s controversial nuclear program.
Since October 2007, Iran received 85 percent of its oil revenues in currencies other than the U.S. dollar, according to the report.
In September 2009, Ahmadinejad ordered the euro to be used instead of the dollar as Iran’s “basic foreign currency.”

They may be crazy, but they ain't stupid.
Funny, AQ did the same things, when we confiscated AQ cash during raids, we found mostly Euros as soon as they were issued. Then about a year ago it started switching back to dollars, now, all the terror $ going into Iraq and AfPak is dollars.
I've often said that AQ's money men are probably terrific investment analysts and traders.....in our own backyards.

They must be A) expecting a turnaround, iow, that the Euro will continue to slide, or B) need to raise some cash ahead of starting their war against us.
