[history]
Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama will announce his resignation at an emergency plenary meeting of ruling party lawmakers later Wednesday, national broadcaster NHK reported.
Calls have been growing within the Democratic Party of Japan for his resignation after a recent plunge in the cabinet's approval rating and his handling of the relocation of a U.S. military base in Okinawa.

How come we can't get our own chief buffoon to quit, too?

Yes, it seems to be a free for all and we are sinking into the mire quickly. Much more so then I had ever imagined. Our enemies see a crack in our armor and I am afraid for my country...seriously afraid!

"Off the subject but is it his wife that says she was abducted by space aliens?" Yep. And, that's but one in a number of strange beliefs she articulates. My favorite is her "celestial traveling", where she says her "soul" wonders the solar system, or some such nonsense.
In many ways, they were the the Barack & Michelle of Japan. We will see if they country moves back to the center in the upcoming elections.

The wheels seems to be coming off the cart.
This will effect the Asian markets, not counting all the other bad news about markets around the world on edge.
It's almost as if all this has been planned and carefully orchestrated to wear us down and bring down the world's economies.

Looks like our Marine Corpse base in Okinawa is history.I guess the Japanese have more faith in People's Liberation Army of North Korea than they do in the USMC.
