There's nothing enigmatic about him. He's merely confused, misled or willfully ignorant...Just like any other person who supports Israel and votes democrat.
Alan Dershowitz is, first and foremost, an observant Jew. He is a fervent supporter of the state of Israel, placing her survival above all else. While very socially liberal, he considers himself a seeker of truth. I believe him to be one who will be enlightened in the end times and receive The Lord’s salvation, having finally found Truth.
Until that day he remains a liberal to be pitied.
He's not an enigma. He's always been good on Israel and our defense. And he's a committed social liberal. Who believed Obama. There are millions of them out there. Not turned around, his eyes have simply been opened on a couple of issues.
