The absentee landlord is known as a Palin-hater, as I've seen on other threads. There are so many threads on this story, I have no idea where to start looking for the links, but somebody found out who it is, and she hates the Palins for non-political reasons. I'm surprised she didn't give the house rental gratis.

I wonder why the owner, Catherine E. Taylor charges so little for rent.
Would the IRS be interested in Cathie charging so far below the market price; and if not, would the IRS be interested in the Stalker paying so little for renting such a property, and then deducting it as "business expenses."

I don't know who it belongs to but it used to be an adult group home........a fact that never bothered the Palins.
