Havana - Former Cuban President Fidel Castro believes if United States President Barack Obama orders a nuclear strike of Iran, he will win a second term. He also believes the U.S. could attack North Korea soon.

On Wednesday, former Cuban leader Fidel Castro, who has not been in the media since 2006, published a column in a Cuban state media publication titled "The Empire and War."

In the article, Castro speculated that President Barack Obama could order a nuclear strike against Iran to help him win a second term in the White House, according to the Associated Press.

Fidel is not well. He isn’t long for this earth.

He's been dying of the same heart attack for the last twenty years.

Very clever of Obama and his handlers, using Fidel Castro to float this trial balloon, huh...

Pshaw...it’s wishful thinking on old Castro’s part.

Castro would love to see a weak president like Obama dip his chicken-chit toe into a mess, then watch as other countries climb all over the USA like a pile of ants.

I think you’re right. odumber may try to engineer some military crisis to make himself look tough. Of course, if he’s on it 24x7 like he is the oil leak, we’ll all be eating kimche in no time...

2011 is too late. Besides, Obama’s too busy striking coal mines and oil rigs right here in the United States.

This is just too funny for words! I don't think most Americans would have anything but the deepest contempt for Obuttocks if he started a war against Iran to try and gin up the manhood he never had. Second, apparently Castro is another one of those reprobate dictators who didn't get the memo that Obuttocks is their "bestest friend in the universe" - Castro quite clearly has nothing but contempt and derision for Mr. "Postpartisan Diplomat."

It seems like an almost insurmountable goal, but I am beginning to think that Jimmy Carter no longer needs to worry about going down in history as the weakest, most feckless, pitiful excuse for an American president.

In actuality, I posted this premise months ago on a FR thread, that Obama would bomb Iran to get re-elected. I must say it’s a wierd phenomena that Castro and I actually agree. I indeed would not put it past Obama to do this, as he is a totally political animal, and this is the way he rolls.

Shuddup Castro, you old fool!

Bambam is at a total loss when it comes to being CIC. You have a resort or two left, don’t you? Bambam will take his family on vacation there while the bullets are flying at OUR brave troops.

The REAL men of the US military will do the work.

Obama will take the credit.

Maybe not a nuclear attack, but an attack of their nuclear installations would likely do what Castro said.

I’ve been saying this for over a year. Its the most probable expanation of O’s head-long rush towards political suicide in forcing through his socialist agenda. Polls don’t worry him. Tea parties don’t bother him.

He knows that something big is on the way that will change everything.

ZERO chance of either happening. 0bozo loves both regimes, one because its hard core Islamic regime, and the other because its a hard line Marxist regime. He's not going to hit his close pals.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all. After all Barry’s alter-ego Jimmah Cahtah tried a similar feat which quickly morphed into a huge fiasco. So, if our panty waste pres does try using a club on Iran prepare to be humiliated and perhaps attacked here at home, esp the later. The border problem isn’t so much about Mexicans as it is about OTMs. The entire affair will again demonstrate how ideologically bankrupt libs are and why they shouldn’t be allowed to ‘lead’ this country in any capacity.

I am beginning to wonder which will last longer....

The United States, or Castro.
