I think Sarah Palin would be a better choice

Your grammar-butchering vanity is not worthy of “breaking news.”

I’d vote for the late Irene Ryan over Obozo.

I’d love to see him run or else get on Sarah’s ticket as VP....lol. We definately have a winner in Ryan! Other good ones:

Jim Demint
Liz Cheney
Mike Pence

Yes I think Ryan is a great choice, considering his forthright eveluation of the HC Bill. He is being proven right everyday.

RE :"Only one problem ,he says he has young children and he will not run in 2012"

Smart guy.

He voted for TARP so that already sets him (or potential supporters) back a few steps for 2012 anyway. Maybe someday TARP will be behind him, and he will support no other new bad stuff.

We’re actually going to have a lot of good conservatives for 2012. Question is, are any of them stupid or crazy or patriotic enough to want the job?

Personally, I’m thinking he’d make a good running mate for Chris Christie

Ryan's great, but Congressional reps, no matter how good don't leap to the presidency. He needs to move up, and in Wisconsin that might prove more than just difficult.

Hunter was just as good and he was outperformed in the Republican primaries by "uncommitted" by more than a 2 to 1 margin.......never a good sign for a candidate.

I like Paul Ryan but he cannot be POTUS in 2012. Let him run for governor of WI first... build a good track record as a solid conservative executive, get reelected and make a national name for implementing sound conservative policies that produce solid results for his state... Then we’ll all support him for President. It worked for Reagan and it worked for GWB.... and some on the other side would say that it worked for Clinton.... not so well for Carter.. the one recent exception.

Should Gov. Chris Christie decide to run for president, he has my backing above everybody else.

I admire and love this man...he is fearless with a backbone. He speaks straight. Also, he doesn’t screech in a high pitched voice when speaking, which means I can listen to him from beginning to end.

Oh yes, and also, he doesn’t wear a pasted phony plastic smile on his face while delivering a speech.

Ryan would probably make a very good president. That is why he couldn't be elected. Politics, including at the presidential level, has long been the province of the mediocre.
