To compare Sophia on Golden Girls to Helen Thomas is an insult to Sophia. Yes, she spouted off and said whatever she wanted, but usually she was right and she had a lot of common sense and good Sicillian wisdom. Helen Thomas is a moron and rarely says anything approaching wise. Plus she’s damn ugly and hard to look at. Sophia was a doll.
