You’d think IL-4 would have a pro-life congressman at least. Mostly Catholic people and there are 3 Evangelical churches within a spitting distance from my place. I hear Hispanic Evangelical churches are growing.

The only pro-life Hispanic Democrats in Congress have proven to be fair-weather pro-lifers: Solomon Ortiz (a Mexican-American Protestant) and Henry Cuellar (a Mexican-American Catholic. Both represent South Texas districts that voted for President Bush in 2004.
