Obama Admin to Spend $125M to Defend Pro-Abortion Health Care Law Washington, DC -- The Obama administration is unveiling a new $125 million publicity campaign over the next five years to promote the pro-abortion health care law. Obama officials are replying on a pro-abortion former senator and a former official of a top pro-abortion group to make the case for the law.

Easy! Simply ignore the law! If someone complains or files suit to stop it, the process will take so long the issue will be moot. Even if the plaintiff wins what does he win? Will the court make the Government give the money back to the taxpayer? How? With taxpayer money like Chrysler paid off their "loan"?
You are looking at this wrong. It isn’t just to “get the word out”.
By giving $125,000,000 to pro-abortion forces, they can in turn, give BACK these dollars to pro-abortion candidates and the DNC.
This is the entire fraud behind the “stimulus” that gave millions to ACORN, et al.
The Democrats are funding the next several election cycles off of our looted economy.
How can Obama spend money on this by decree? Congress spends the money, the president gives his approval or rejection on the bills.
Just as I said above - ignore the Constitution and do it anyway. Do you think the Democrat controlled Congress will complain? Besides, last I heard the Congress itself has ignored its Constitutional duty to pass a budget for next year. They could do it retroactively if the cared to.
Slick Willie and the Democrats passed an unconstitutional retroactive tax increase early in his administration and nothing was done. Slick and Algore each solicited and accepted foreign campaign funds in 1996 and that was illegal. In fact, it was the real reason Slick should have been impeached but they got side tracked, happily for the Democrats, on the Lewinsky deal because that was the first thing Starr found that was impeachable and the law said he had to file the first thing found. The Democrats steadfastly refused to even look at the evidence of campaign finance abuse, which was voluminous, and they kept the attention focused on Lewinsky instead.
When Democrats have power they aggressively abuse it while at the same time accusing the Republicans of abuse. Remember the Culture of Corruption charge. That is a typical Leftist ploy to divert attention away from themselves.!

What really ticks me off is that MY tax dollard are going to defend something I am against in the first place. It makes me sick to think of how many things I detest are getting my tax dollars. I am fed up with federal government!
