She spent valuable time and resources in this race convincing her base that she was Liberal enough to win their support.

You naively cherry pick a couple of things that Blanche says, while you ignore her pathetic voting record. As I said, Blanche Lincoln votes liberal 81% of the time. Even the uber, flamingly compromised, amnesty loving Goober Graham votes conservative more often than the bitch, Blanche Lincoln.

You are absolutely correct! She campaigns as a conservative Democrat and votes like a flaming liberal (the real Blanche).
I think a considerable number of the votes she received today will go to Boozman in November. Polls show that she loses to Boozman by 30%. That would be great, but, we’re safe as long as the percentages for Boozman are greater than the margin of error.
We don’t need to allow Halter to get his foot in the D.C. door, imo. He has political stars in his eyes, and, imho, we don’t need any young rising stars from AR in the Dem Party if we can help it.
What gives me caution though is that Lincoln has already defeated Boozman’s brother, the late Fay Boozman, 12 years ago. And that was not particularly close. Her Clinton support helps her.
