ABC anchor Diane Sawyer greeted Meg Whitman’s victory in California’s Republican gubernatorial primary by putting forward Democrat Jerry Brown as the savior protecting the nation against Whitman becoming Governor. “Jerry Brown told us today, he wants the country to know that he sees this as an epic duel in California between the politics of ideas and the power of money,” Sawyer warned from Los Angeles in setting up an interview with Brown aired on Wednesday’s World News. Sawyer later relayed how Brown “believes the soul of California is at stake.”Condemning Whitman’s spending on ads, Brown charged

‘Soul of California is at Stake'

How could something that's been lost for so long be at stake?

“epic duel in California between the politics of ideas and the power of money,””

Which one represents the government employees?

Whitman needs to acknowledge Brown’s latest political ad from Diane Sawyer. As Gov. Christie showed in the NJ election, a bit of humor goes a long way with voters.

Former Gov. Moonbeam, now candidate “crazy horse””

Moonbeam could NOT make it as a priest-—he QUIT

He tried being a paramour of Linda Ronstadt....you know how that turned out.

He tried to be Mayor of Oakland——which was an impossible task to clean up.

He has been a very quiet AG, in the middle of bankrupting the state with illegals.

He is 72—make him retire. He hasn’t been effective in his entire life of sucking at the public political trough.

To be accurate about what the race is about, Diane’s quote should read ;

“Jerry Brown told us today, he wants the country to know that he sees this as an epic duel in California between the politics of old, tired, proven not to work ideas and the power of a moneymaker to correct the states pending fiscal armageddon.”

One of the reasons why ABC’s ratings are low, they’re in the tank with Democrats. The reason this state (Ca.) is in the toilet is because of their tax and spend mentality.

And, in the same way that Franco is still dead, Jerry Brown is still a raving nutcase.

So the soul of California is limited private enterprise, continued exodus of productive residents and poverty for those left behind?

Thanks Jerry.

The man who created the public employee union mafia and the ruinous public employee benefits and pension packages calling Whitman “dangerous?” Hmmm...good luck with that. I don’t think Californians are looking for a campaign about “soul.” They’re looking for the candidate who can best fix the mess this state is in....and the man who helped create it certainly isn’t that person.

If Meg doesn’t start her next public appearance with, “Hi, it’s little old dangerous me”, she’s missed a great opportunity.

What’s more dangerous to my California: Meg’s personal money or the money Jerry will get from the public employee unions?

"Soul of California." Right. Like "peaceful muslims," "Saudi allies," "French valor," "safe abortion," "government help," etc..
