I don’t think he needs to lose it again. I’m pretty sure that one can get filed away with the Howard Dean scream. He’s toast. Has the young man’s family seen the video yet?

This Jerk was arrested right??
He is in Jail right??
Assault,
Battery,
Attempted Strong Arm Robbery,
Attempted Kidnapping,
Sounds like 10 to 15 years easy, that is if we use the same standards as we did for OJ in Vegas

The unspoken in the congressthugs question is to speak to me. That is Who are you to speak to me? Servants are not to speak to their masters.Very astute.
The written accounts of the incident do not accurately convey Etheridge's tone. One has to hear him to sense the real flavor of what went down. "Who are you" was spoken as a dismissive, not an interrogatory.

He should get this sentence exactly to the fullest measure.

Why didn’t the call the police? Or maybe they did...
To: chessplayer
Etheridge will blame this on the mean Republicans. The kids might have been Tea Party members!! The “Congressman” was just protecting himself. He'll call the kid to his office next week and give him an apology and a interview.
That being said Etheridge is one creepy SOB. Typical rat thug.

Etheridge? looks like he hits like a lesbian. At the end of the video he looked like he wanted to molest the youngster

Then they wonder why people hold them in low regard, some even say the people "hate them!" He was probably irate as the young student was interrupting his anticipated visit to a twelve year old pleasure boy.

Who are you? I have a right to know who you are.....now this is silly....he thinks he has a right to know your identity? no, he had a right to keep on walking and ignore the young man. instead he is guilty of battery when he touched him and assault with his body language as he attempted to intimidate him. not to mention the threat to the guys neck and very life.

Etheridge should be charged with assault. This is not funny and we should be mad as hell. How would you act if this was your son, daughter or wife that was man handled by a person who by his very party believes that he is above the law. The media is already offering excuses for this low life. We the people, the citizens of the United States are not government property. They work for us.
To: Robe
Thanks for the phone info. I just called and told them what I thought. They were very polite, as was I. I told them there ARE laws in this country regarding assault and battery and the congressman needs to reread them, then make a sincere apology to that young man.

Another surprise to me was that evidently in Seattle libs are getting really po’ed with Obama...my daughter lives there and was telling me of seeing lots of posters and bumper stickers slamming obama.

Absolutely. I know I would sue. He can’t talk his way out of what the camera saw.

The Tree Of Liberty is looking a little parched and withered these days.
P.S. This is going viral. It just LED the noontime news on the radio. That’s proof positive that the Democrats are going to toss this guy under the bus, and well they should. This is unforgivable.
