I interpret that to mean that in this democratic enclave paradise they are so corrupt, so stupid and so fat they rely on the youth of the rest of the country for their defense and survival. The same is probably true, to a similar degree, of Detroit, Cleveland, Boston, Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, DC on and on.
They are unfit to serve but combined they have enough population to determine the outcome of any national election. Their electoral choices perpetuate their lifestyles and ruin the rest of the country.
This is the city that the big lefty Pew foundation was setup to educate. It says something about how your intent can be changed.
