I guess you do not want to read the article. I am susprised at the baseless ad hominem attack. Bankers is NOT an automatic cross over company, they also were recently sued by the Insurance Commissioners of 40 different states for failing to pay Long Term Care claims that they contractually owed. In a 2006 deposition, a Bankers Life and Conseco claims adjuster, Teresa Carbonel, testified that she denied claims because of missing records but was prohibited from calling nursing homes or physicians to request the documents. She also testified that when a claim was denied, she was forbidden to phone a policyholder, but instead used a time-consuming mailing system. http://www.newyorkpersonalinjuryattorneyblog.com/2007/03/conseco-insurance-scandal-follows-movie-plot.html http://www.jerebeasleyreport.com/2009/07/maine-settles-with-bankers-life-and-casualty-in-improper-sales-practices-lawsuit/ Your god bleeds!

I guess you do not want to read the article. I originally remarked about my own experience. Nothing more.
You object to first hand experience?
