Wow, you got through by phone? I have tried and failed so many times. (Usually during important votes; I think they must set the phones on “go to answering machine”.) I don’t think the email is worth a hoot, so I end up faxing him — that seems to work.

I call the Houston office. Helped organize a fund raiser last time he ran so they know my name - not very fond of me anymore. On occasion when I am in the city I go to their office just to make a lot of noise! He appeared at a fund raiser for someone else to which I went because I wanted to talk to him personally, and I did. My main purpose for that was to talk with him about his choice of Senatorial candidates to support - like Crist and McCain. He said I didn’t really understand the “big picture”! I quit sending emails and faxes long ago because I already knew the exact wording of the response I would receive not only from him but from KBH.
