I would expect the first ships trying to breach the blockade will be very clean, nothing but toys and baby milk. Then they will make a huge deal, with the help of the Left and the MSM, of how innocent their intentions are. But wait a short while and they will be trying to slip weapons into the mix. The Palestinians will use this as a plank in their ongoing PR campaign against Israel. Most people capable of even the most rudimentary logical thinking realize Israel is under attack from every side. And it's a war of attrition. It's the body-blows a boxer uses to soften up the opponent. Body-blow after body-blow and then, when the time is right, a blow to the head.

“Security Chief: Hamas Still Smuggling, Can Strike Tel Aviv”

Speaking to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, Diskin warned that lifting the maritime embargo on Hamas would “be a huge security breach.” Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu already has rejected a proposal by the Quartet’s Middle East envoy Tony Blair that Israel allow aid to reach Gaza by sea after it is inspected at Cyprus.

Diskin also informed the committee that 80 percent of the Gaza rockets, or about 4,000, are in the hands of Hamas, while the remainder are scattered among the Islamic Jihad and other terrorist groups.”
