WASHINGTON (AP) - The Obama administration says a climate and energy bill being pushed in the Senate would cost American households 22 to 40 cents a day, less than the cost of a postage stamp.
The Environmental Protection Agency said in a new analysis released Tuesday that a bill sponsored by Sens. John Kerry and Joe Lieberman would cost households an average of $79 to $146 per year.

Wonder if Axelrod’s ad agency handles the Colonial Penn account. Might be very funny if true.

What absolute tripe! How do we see those numbers when fuel prices triple? Kerry is an f’ing moron and Liebermann, sadly is a leftist. Anyone who doesn’t at least suspect a 30 to 50 percent increase in the cost of living is trying to be ignorant.

That is the EPA’s BS story. Economists, on the other hand, tell a different story.

It wouldn’t surprise me!
Liberals are not real original.
If anything this Colonial Penn Life Insurance is a TOTAL RIP-OFF. How insulting to believe this commerical is a “hit” with many and then pitch it to us!

And, of course we believe them because the EPA is certainly an unbiased information source. </sarcasm>
To: Nachum
yeah.. but then you add up the many less-than-a-stamp costs already incurred by government and wham! you’ve got 60% of my income already and want more?

Note to you well-heeled (at our expense) elitist wankers. For some of us who have bills and other expenses to pay, “a postage stamp per day” does add up to a significant amount of money. Thanks for plotting to deprive me of even more capital that I earned by my labour. The ripple effect of this will be like a VAT (food, clothing, durable goods, etc will all increase in price significantly).

OK, EPA, now figure out how much it will cost Americans to "drill, baby, drill" on an unprecedented scale that will allow us to be independent from other countries in oil production. Then, we will compare the costs, and decide what to do.
Yeah, right. Not from the Alinsky administration.
