On Friday, Pamela Geller received word her PayPal account for her website Atlas Shrugs had been restricted. The reason? She was told she had violated PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy and was promoting hate.

“… [A]fter a recent review of your account, it has been determined that you are currently in violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy. Under the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive payments for items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance or the financial exploitation of a crime,” the email read in part.

“After five years of having PayPal on my site I received notification Friday restricting my website,” Geller said in a telephone interview Monday. “This came out of nowhere.”

So any Islamic concern is automatically banned?

Paypal - Isn't that one of those payment systems that allows people to pay for scam-laden rogueware like AV Security Suite?" They have alot of nerve trying to tell someone who can or cannot use their services if they are allowing themselves to be used in Internet rogueware scams.

Just to be clear—if you run a jihadi site calling for the slaughter of all infidels & the extermination of Israel & America, you are a welcome customer with paypal.

But if you get caught posting photos of beautiful dead young honor killing victims your account is shut down.

Add porn to that list of acceptable things ebay/paypal makes a lot of money off of.

Personally I'm still once in awhile making purchases from ebay because it's one of those market place where you can get things dirt cheap, but I've had so much minor head ache shi### from paypal that if I can buy something for a few more bucks from another outfit I'll spend the extra money through the other outfit then to keep even a penny going to the corrupt ebay/paypal system which is only going to use their money to help support the democrat liberal/socialist agenda and has a lousy customer service.

That's where I generally go most of the time. They've got a pretty good credit card too, good rewards program, not phoney reward program/promises like most of them have.

I wonder how many Paypal customers are running death cult sites that promote the violent overthrow of the US government.
