Uptick in Violence Forces Closing of Parkland Along Mexico Border to Americans

About 3,500 acres of southern Arizona have been closed off to U.S. citizens due to increased violence at the U.S.-Mexico border, according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The closed off area includes part of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge that stretches along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu told Fox News that violence against law enforcement officers and U.S. citizens has increased in the past four months, forcing officers on an 80 mile stretch of Arizona land north of the Mexico border off-limits to Americans

The entire area should be declared an open kill area. If you are there you are subject to being shot on sight. Signs in English should be posted along the border warning do not enter.

All northbound traffic will cease when there are bodies rotting in the desert.

I am curious..what sort of “fence” would keep out these invaders? Over at “borderinvasionpics.com” it seemed that they could get over any kind of fence that was unmanned. How hard is it to obtain dynamite in mexico? Are we talking about a concrete wall with wire, or something electrified?

Israel has an near-impenetrable wall for some miles at Gaza. I don't know all the particulars, but from what I've read the technology exists for a wall/fence that would work on our Southern border. Some of the measures that could be employed are concrete, Border Patrol towers, barbed wire, non-lethal electrification, and photo surveillance. It's just a matter of doing whatever it takes. True, nothing is absolutely effective, but I am convinced that it could be as much as 90% effective. As I said in my post, one of the strongest arguments that it would be effective is that the open-borders crowd is dead-set against it, obviously fearing its potential effectiveness. They are not against it because they think it won't work.
