A former Orlando TSA security officer arrested for allegedly molesting a minor pleaded no contest to one charge today and was sentenced to 10 years' sex-offender probation.
A victim told deputies Bennett asked her to be his sex slave and fondled her against her will. He pleaded no contest to the molestation charge, while prosecutors dropped the second count as part of the plea deal.
Bennett, 58, could have received a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for the felony.
"Are you satisfied with your attorney?" Orange Circuit Judge Marc Lubet asked Bennett during the sentencing.
"Yes," Bennett replied.
"You certainly should be," Lubet said.
Assistant State Attorney Ryan Williams said the victim in this case did not want to see Bennett go to prison. Williams also said Bennett wanted to take "responsibility for his actions."

She is now 15 years old.
This incident happened 3 years ago (per the article) when she was just 12.
Here’s an article from earlier this year. It is a bit confusing, but it sounds like she was 12 when he began molesting her. And she was 15 he made the offer to be his sex slave? Or, she was 12, and she is only coming out about it now? Regardless, sShoot him. And then hang him at the city gate.:

A perverted Transportation Security Administration employee’s alleged plot to turn a 15-year-old girl into his “sex slave” was foiled after his arrest for abusing the teen, according to cops in Florida.
Charles Henry Bennett was arrested Friday after the girl came forward claiming she’d been molested by the suspect when she was 12, Orlando TV station WKMG reports.
The 57-year-old Bennett acknowledges he “groped” the girl, according to the station, citing a police report. But the girl’s version of the encounter is reportedly more graphic.
On a MySpace page that apparently belongs to Bennett, he says he is a S&M-oriented swinger out to meet “submissive females,” the station reports.

I pity your daughter then.
HOWEVER, not all young girls are that assertive or brave. The onus should not be on the victim to be responsible.
Without removal, the perv will do it again...and has probably done it before.

Then post, "the article doesn't give her age, but I responsibly searched and found that she was 12," perhaps.

But sometimes some ‘killing’ is not only appropriate, but necessary.
You can disagree with that all you want.

I always find this interesting... “If he did it to my daughter, I’d kill him!”
And I always ask in response who is going to protect your daughter while you are in prison?
You say no jury will convict you... with our court system, how can you be so sure? You could end up with a jury full of liberals who claim you are a vigilante.
