I even wrote to the Supreme Court justices asking them to take one of those cases.

I also wrote to one of them with whom I was acquainted. (I've been to two different houses he has lived in to help him with computer problems he had, and even got some free legal advice from him. ) I even suggested that I thought they should rule on "natural born citizen" and at least declare that if one parent were a citizen at the time of birth, that the child should be considered a natural born citizen under the Constitution regardless of the location of the birth.

That was about 18 months ago. I never got a response.

I started blogging and writing letters to my representatives and senators as well as various key senators and representatives all over the country. Not a single one answered any of my letters. They didn’t even send me back a form letter

“Accepted” - Record has been noted in a State DOH office OTHER than Honolulu, but is NOT yet an official record.

“Filed” - Record has been given a Permanent Record Number in the MAIN office of the DOH in Honolulu, the ONLY place any record can be given “Filed” status.

Please people. Hawaii used the two terms, because they had to note when a record hit a county office OTHER THAN the County of Oahu, whose office is located in Honolulu and is the official state office, the only place a record can be given “Filed” status.

If you see something that says “ACCEPTED” it is likely NOT a copy of the official “FILED” record, OR, was something generated before the record hit the DOH in Honolulu.

“Accepted” is a transitory phase. “Filed” is a PERMANENT status.
