Well, certain people are going to really like Schiff. Schiff is unlikely to be FR’s single favorite Senate candidate.
I think it would be good to have the economic expert in there.
I personally would like to see more libertarians in there. I like him. But there is no doubt that Schiff differs from the FR consensus on certain issues.
McMahon, his Republican opponent, donated money to Rahm Emmanuel. I don’t trust her. Schiff is clearly preferable to McMahon.
I’ll take “economic expert with some libertarian positions”
over “popularizer of professional wrestling who donated to Rahm Emmanuel” every time.
