WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama is promising gay rights activists he'll keep pushing for action on their priorities including benefits for same-sex partners and repealing the "don't ask, don't tell" policy on gays in the military.
At an event in the White House East Room in honor of gay pride month, Obama told activists Tuesday that he's delivered on promises including passage of anti-hate crimes legislation. But, the president said, "We've got a lot of hard work we've still got to do."

I love the way the big slacker always throws this term around. It should read: "We've got a lot of hard work we've (you've) still got to do." lol
He can find time to honor gays during gay pride month when he promises to push for repeal of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’, but he can’t find time to honor fallen veterans on Memorial Day, or WWII vets on D-Day. And we should respect this man as Commander in Chief because . . . .??????

He shuts off our domestic oil production.
Yet he has time to have a party for gay activists.
Some body needs to teach this so called President about priorities.
