"I’m getting kind of grossed out, Judge….and now you’re going to turn around and blame the government for these bumbling fumbling crazy people?." Shep Smith questioned Judge Napolitano.
Later he followed up with this doozie: "How does it feel to be standing up for BP?"

Shep is a dumbass. Someone point him to the Oil Pollution Act of 1990--it REQUIRES the President to clean up the spill. No one else is charged by the law--the White House is given the responsibility. Of course, SHEperd won't care. All SHE cares about is defending her idol Hussein.
