That's for Congress to decide, it's a political question, not a matter of application of the law.
As for a power grab, the parallel that comes to mind is Carter's amnesty grant to draft dodgers. Obama can do similar, by granting amnesty from prosecution/fines/jail/deportation - but as far as I know, he can't grant citizenship.

I could see A LOT of rats in the House calling for Zero's impeachment; if it meant saving their own arse's of course (which it might come to in a couple months; the way things are shaping up, its going to be a political blood bath in November)

Impeachment will never happen. Not as long as the Dems hold the reigns.
I think the public would be pushed to a little more serious action than shaming if zero did this. If something like this didn’t push the remaining patriots over the edge, nothing would.

And even if the Democrat Domestic Enemy Party *does* decide to support this treasonous move, there are still enough Democrats out of loyalty, common sense, or fear of their constituency, that would not support it and would join in calls against it, and even vote for Impeachment out of fear for their own lives.
Obama is the best thing to happen to us, in an ironic way.
For years, many treated conservatism as reactionary or nutty.
Obama is proving all of our worst fears to be true.
Strip Obama of his power, this year.
Throw Obama out of power, at the ballot box, two years from now.
Do not even THINK about impeachment, unless the Democrat Party decides to turn on Obama, first.
And, even then, BE PARTISAN AS HELL!
Do what is best for the opposition Party.
