WASHINGTON -- Gen. Stanley McChrystal, who was fired last week as the top U.S. general in the stalemated Afghanistan war, has told the Army that he will retire.

He voted for Obama, banned FOX News ihis offices (if true) and allowed some dip sh*t Rolling Stone reporter to embed with his command unit ... McChrystal got his just reward.
Hopefully he will look upon this as an opportunity to tell us exactly what he thinks of The One, but I’m sure he won’t, being a good socialist useful idiot.

I’ve heard a lot of, well, “rumblings” from friends who have had to work with this guy and virtually none of them are flattering.
We’ll see what happens, but this guy has a bit of a mountain to climb in terms of winning over those who actually worked with him in Asscrackastan.
There us a good chance that McChrystal is a newly converted conservative. I agree it remains to be seen!

The Pentagon offered up Patraeus to get Obama out of a jam ...does anyone think the “the Incompetent One” thought up Patraeus all by himself ?? With the appointment of Patraeus as a replacement, the Pentagon GOT ...War Funding, Obama’s commitment for the War effort, more troops, the 2011 deadline extended and the Rules of Engagement OFF the backs of the ground troops !!!
Obama’s speech was written by the Pentagon ....it had too many praises for Stan to come off of Obama’s teleprompter !!! Obama came off as a “strong” & “decisive” leader on Stan’s firing & the Patraeus appointment ....DOES ANYONE THINK AFTER 16 MOS ....all of a sudden Obama got lucky ????

Personally, I think he’s a good general who might have been playing both ends against the middle.
