Well, in particular, Chief Justice John Roberts. Of course this should not come as a surprise to anyone. He declares war on anyone that dares disagree with him. So let’s see. Obama controls Congress, two auto companies, college loans, health care and in the process has expanded executive branch powers and now declares war on John Roberts because why? Because the young President doesn’t have total control? Doesn’t Roberts know Obama is the President

Ah, but the only way that really would have meaning is with trials... and, as I said, the American people are too Stockholm Syndrome-ed to realize that this was NOT a good ruling (barely adequate, if that) and will see it as an “act of kindness” from their black-robed gods.

Luckily we also have a egocentric, power-drunk, executive god-emperor (see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFHKIFDjk9I ), which means that there could be some political/power-wise infighting there. {IE the separation of powers might give us a little break...}

However, given the liquidity of the law (see “Constitutional Chaos” & “Three Felonies a Day”) we “generally law abiding” Citizens are in a world of crap and things are, IMO, past the point where the government is destructive of the rights whose protection is the sole legitimate purpose of government.
