If that's the case, then they are merely legislating from the bench.
And that's how we got abortion. The issue should have never gotten to the Supreme Court.

Yes, in fact we are. When a child is born, he is in debt to the tune of 40,000 dollars. More than half his life's work will go to welfare to support people who hate his guts. That would make him a slave.
This is why ending the second amendment is so critical for them. A slave with a gun is dangerous.

It was so frustrating listening to the hearings today. The GOP is completely useless and voting for them is only going to further destroy our country.

"Interpreted Over Time"? Excuse ME???????? The Constitution is very specific in its wording and how it can be changed --- THERE IS NO F***ING INTERPRETATION!!! The Founders crafted an amazing document and made it EXTREMELY HARD to amend it. AMEND means change MS. KAGAN. If they purposely made it hard to change, that means they want it to say EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS!! Which means it is NOT open to interpretation!!!!
If you are too stupid to understand that simple concept you have no business even getting a sniff of the Supreme Court!
