No hurricane this... Alex is a tropical storm that did not land below TX border, but turned, degraded and is sitting just of Louisiana coast as of about one hour ago.. as per satellite image below.

The tornado will be near...
del Mar Heights.
Brownsville.
Rancho Viejo.
