“Ms. Kagan, Are You Now or Have You Ever Been a Lesbian?”
Preacher Helps ^ | June 30, 2010 | Dr. Don Boys

Posted on 06/30/2010 11:28:51 PM PDT by John Leland 1789

The above pertinent, personal, and principled question will not be asked of the new Supreme Court nominee because no senator has the courage, commitment, and character to ask it, although only a fool or fanatic says the question is illegitimate. Even “conservative” Republicans are silent on this matter. Maybe some of them need a spinal transplant to help them take a stand. I don’t expect Democrats to take a stand since they haven’t stood for anything worthwhile since Senator “Scoop” Henry Jackson died Sept. 1, 1983 and Congressman Larry McDonald was killed the same day when Koran Air Flight 077 was shot down by Russian interceptors presumably killing all on board.

Reports have been circulating that Kagan’s chosen homosexual lifestyle is well known in the Harvard community and her partner is commonly known. She has not been trying to hide her sexual identify—until now.

The White House refuses to deny her sexual aberration, but her appointment is a further indication that Obama is trying to live up to his promises made to homosexuals during his campaign. He will garner some points with them even if she is rejected; however, if he does not push her approval to their satisfaction, he will plummet further in the polls.

Permissive pundits, politicians, and preachers will tell us that her lifestyle is not relevant to serving on the Court, but even some homosexuals disagree. If she is a lesbian, we Americans have a right to know because it will affect all of us for a hundred years.

Everyone knows that she is without any experience on the bench, and we know from her papers some of the positions she has taken. According to the known facts, she has spent a great deal of time way out in far left field.

Even some conservatives applaud her “honesty” but if she is so honest then let her reveal her beliefs on homosexuality. Frankly, I don’t want an honest homosexual justice even if she were a Tea Party conservative. Neither would I want her if she were an evangelical Christian (instead of being a Jew) if her lifestyle conflicts with evangelical beliefs.

She should be rejected whether or not she is a lesbian because of her radicalism. As Dean of Harvard Law School, she tried to prohibit the military from recruiting Harvard students because of the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. Moreover, her comments and writings indicate that she has a political agenda strangely similar to Obama’s. Furthermore, her praise of a radical Israeli judge will no doubt be a part of the mix during the dog and pony show known as a senate hearing for a Supreme Court nominee.

If she is a lesbian, how will that influence her decision on same sex marriage? What about “Don’t ask, don’t tell” in the military? What about a church that fires a homosexual music director or youth leader? How about a Christian school that refuses to hire a homosexual teacher? What about adoption by homosexuals? How about foster parents? How will she stand when homosexuals seek divorce? Will a Christian bookstore be required to hire homosexuals?

If she is a lesbian, that is enough to vote against her. Any senator who votes to approve her should be kicked out of office by those who were stupid enough to vote him into office. That is not “hate” or “bigotry,” but my sincerely held religious views that I have had for a lifetime. Moreover, that view is supported by thousands of years of teaching of all major religions. It seems the only sin one can commit in our time is the sin of intolerance and I ask my critics to show some tolerance to millions of Bible believing Christians who believe that when two (or three!) people of the same sex climb in bed together, it is still an “abomination.” That is true for the powerful, the poor, the prosperous, the prince, the priest, or the pope.

If Obama had nominated a fundamentalist Christian to the Court (why are you laughing?), would there be any hesitancy to ask very pointed, even outrageous questions. “Do you believe that rebellious sons should be stoned?” “Do you believe the earth is flat?” “Do you educate your children at home?” “Do you believe in an ancient earth or young earth?” No one doubts the reaction of the senators if a Bible-believing and Bible-practicing Christian was the issue.

As an aside, would someone like to inform me why no one has ever discussed the possibility of an active, Bible believing Christian serving on the Court? After all, we are one of the largest demographic groups in America . In addition, should I remind you that we were the original founders of this nation? We have five Catholics, two Jews, a Black, and a Latino, so why not one of us? Anyone want to hazard a guess? Could it be bigotry? (Gasp!)

A lesbian on the Supreme Court? Incredible! America skipped into Sodom many years ago and it looks as if we may gallop into Gomorrah this week.

First, separate her sexuality from her radicalism. Then, dismiss her as a candidate because of the latter.

I am thinking about the late, great Allan Bloom, Ph.D. in philosophy, and author of ‘The Closing of the American Mind’, a wonderful book. He was a homosexual, for sure, but he knew very well where his political priorities lay. A clear, rational conservatism, understandable to everyone who took the trouble to study his ideas.

Bloom would have made a good judge. Ms. Kagan doesn’t. That’s my two cents from Holland.

I believe most Americans support traditional marriage and would prefer that perverse viewpoints did not become the social norms.

I do not personally care what the majority of voting citizens believe; that does not affect my position.

The prevaling media would have you believe otherwise, but that does not matter, either.

Is homosexuality a sin, or a choice?

If no one in the Senate makes a stand, does that mean it is not an issue?

That is dancing around the question. Tell her “Are you a lesbian? Ask for a “Yes” or “No” answer.

Just because he’s a good author, doesn’t make him a good judge. In fact if his private life was the fail you say it was, then he was a very poor judge.

Anyone who is in any kind of bondage like that is susceptible to manipulation from many directions. They are thus a liability in any position of serious authority.

With books, you get a chance to write, then edit, then perfect it while you are at your best. In leadership you don’t get that opportunity.

My experience is the Europeans have virtually no conservative media available outside of the Internet, and they are influenced by the leftist barrage that has been hitting them for their whole lives from television and newspapers, whether they realize it or not.

That said, I would have preferred Pim Fortuyn to win the election rather than the leftist-muzzies that killed him.

Appearance wise she would be more publicly presentable as a man.

If she isn't a lesbian, she sure is doing a good job impersonating one. Why not just ask Kagan if she likes girls? Simple, and sweet. “Do you like girls, Miss Kagan? Let's tell the truth here.”

Why does it matter? It will make ALL the difference in her opinions. I believe that gay issues will be her top priority...her baby, so to speak. And this will be one more step of Obama’s change. He and the entire community of San Francisco will be doing a happy dance over this addition to the Supreme Court. Kagan will sail through because no one is willing to put their position on the line to question how she will lean on homosexual issues. The moral fiber of America will weaken because of her. Miss Kagan is a woman, but she does not represent the average woman..not at all. Her views about life are much different from the average American woman of any age.

Clarence Thomas was skewered over sexual accusations from ONE person with an agenda. And what she accused him of was ridiculous. That good man had to endure that humiliation along with finger pointing by no less than Ted Kennedy. Kagan will sail through without such terrible treatment.

What the f***. This woman has never sat on the bench as a judge. If a seat on the Supreme Court is now an entry level position then administer a civil service hiring test for it and award the job to the first person that scores 100 points. I don’t care if she has sex with female kangaroos she is not and has never been a judge ... offer her a job in night traffic court and be done with it.

As Rush said, it’s not women that make her hot. It’s socialism (according to her college thesis).

Who the hell cares who she sleeps with?!

You people are really going to complain about a lesbian when a leftist radical is getting the red carpet treatment right into the position of a Supreme Court Justice?

Are you kidding me?

She was appointed by a blatant anti-Constitutionalist (0bama), she has an awful record on freedom...

Once again, where is your GOP? Where is your representation?

Where is the filibuster?

Communists are winning in their bid to take control of the US, AND DESTROY IT, and you are complaining about what sex organ this subversive prefers?!

Unbelievable!

You are all going to regret not expecting more, not demanding more, and not having the guts and the willingness to fight these people.

OK, wise remarks. Well, Fortuyn would’ve been a candidate for blackmail, as a result of his private life, but anyway, he was a fresh, adventurous thinker, not afraid to voice his opinions.

BTW, as far as I know, his murderer was a radical Greenie/Leftie, but not someone connected with islam. He was diagnosed as having some form of severe autism/Asperger, which does, of course, not diminish the gravity of his deed. The killer was someone who, once an idea had taken his brain hostage (here: ‘Fortuyn is a danger to the poor and incapacitated’), he couldn’t get past that idea; it plagued him until that point in time where he’d got rid of the cause of that vexing thought.

"An absolutely stupid and irrelevant question." ------------------------------------------------

People who have sex with people of the same sex can not process real life and real issues through their minds correctly. They cannot think correctly, and same-sex sex is itself an indication of that.

That is what the Scriptures call, "a reprobate mind." (Romans 1:28 and context)

It will adversely affect her judgment in every area without exception.

Tammy Bruce - very rare: smart brave lady

Kagan:, liar, deceiver, Communist bull d***

I’d support Tammy in a heart beat, but Zero wants a big fat ****** lesbian to help him turn the whole country into a third world Marxist pit of a hell hole.

Kagan replied: “I’m your man!

Partial birth murder of a baby: no problemo boss ...

I’ll just rewrite a few paragraphs and we’re there!!!”
