CLEVELAND (AP) -- In a campaign stop for a nominee for U.S. Senate, Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday that Democrats may be vulnerable in the summer but voters will look at contrasts in the fall.
"This is not about the next election," Biden told about 200 people at a fundraising lunch for Democrat Lee Fisher at the Great Lakes Science Center. "This is about the next generation."
Biden, noting the science center overlooking Lake Erie, also said "Republicans don't believe in science.

All dictators need their boogeymen, Obama and Biden are no exception.
He didn't cancel the space program. He did cancel the program cooked up by a Republican Luddite, which was really nothing more than a regurgitation of a program that his poppy proposed in 1989.
Biden wouldn’t know science if it pulled one of his plugs out.
Consider the expression “believe in science”: It means “take science as faith.”
So in what way is it actually science if you take it as faith?
He is sounding like a Libertarian.
I believe in operational science which is based on experimentation and hard data. I do not believe in speculative science based on assumptions and agendas.

There are plenty of posts here on FR that support Biden’s statement. However, the real issue is that politicians from both parties at the federal level have no respect for law abiding American citizens, whether they believe in science or not.
