Breaking: Elena Kagan demanded sex-change operation benefit for Harvard students.
Kagan's team forced Blue-Cross, Blue-Shield to pay for sex-change operations as a benefit for students as Dean of Harvard Law.
Our breaking news report by Amy Contrada and Peter LaBarbera, just published this morning at MassResistance.org, contains links to 2006 and 2008 articles from the Harvard Crimson newspaper, proving Elena Kagan teamed up with the Lambda "Trans-gender Task Force" as Harvard Law Dean overseeing the administrative team that forced Blue-Cross, Blue-Shield to provide sex-change operations as a paid benefit, including breast enhancement or breast-removal (but not yet genital mutilation) for students or faculty who suffer from "gender identity disorder." The partial sex-change operations must be fully covered by insurance premiums, as Kagan's administrators demanded they be funded as an "equal right."
Will this be a new “right” that the honorable justice Kagan (NOT) discovers in the umbras and penumbras of the US Constitution ?
It seems to me that a lot of gays are obsessed with pushing as much perversion into our society as possible.
Kagan needs a sex-clarification operation.
I still think she looks like Bill Richardson in drag.

Why should only homosexuals be elligible for breast implants?

If this sort of thing is normal, wholesome and good, then why call it a disorder & treat it medically? If it's not a disorder, why should Blue Cross get stuck with the bill?
There are enough grounds to start fighting this whacko. We cannot allow Obama to fill the court with the same type of psycho that he filled his cabinet. Van Jones, John Holdren are whack jobs, complete, frightening whack jobs, - one said that 9/11 was an inside job, the other wants to put steriliants in the water supply because he thinks too many people will be the downfall of the planet.
This is fringe nuttiness that gets a pass from the media.
