Top Justice Dept. Official Lied Under Oath About Dismissal of New Black Panther Case, Ex-DOJ...
Fox News ^ | July 1, 2010 | Staff/Megyn Kelly Video

Posted on 07/01/2010 1:34:12 PM PDT by jazusamo

A former Justice Department attorney who resigned last month in protest of the Obama administration's handling of a voter intimidation case involving the New Black Panther Party accused a top Justice official of lying under oath about the circumstances surrounding the decision to drop the case.

J. Christian Adams, now an attorney in Virginia and a blogger for Pajamas Media, told Fox News in an exclusive interview that aired Wednesday that Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez provided false testimony in May to the United States Commission on Civil Rights, which is investigating the department's decision to drop charges against three members of the radical group in a case that the government won.

Perez told the commission that the facts and the law didn't support the case against the group.

"I know about the truth…and I know what the truth is and I know to say the facts and law don't support the Black Panther case is not true," Adams said, adding that Perez ignored his warnings not to provide false testimony.

"We made it very clear that continuing to say that the facts and the law don't support this case would not be consistent with the truth," he said.

Bartle Bull having seen the whole thing in real-time, being threatened and blocked by the panthers, then having the panthers trying to intimidate him at the civil rights commission hearing, is totally damning against the DOJ. His civil rights credentials are unassailable, having worked in the segregated south with the Kennedy's, King, Johnson, and Carter (well, maybe one little blot).

Finally, with the pay to play Blaggo circus, bribing candidates, the panthers, ACORN, BP, illegal aliens, deficit, unemployment, national security, diplomacy, Obozocare, Afghanistan, etc. simultaneous falling apart - maybe, just maybe people will start to tell what is really going on inside the WH...

Bartle Bull told Megyn Kelly the reason the Obama Admin. does not want to enforce this law is because all of the fake voter registrations (400K+) that ACORN put into the system during the 2008 election are still on the voter rolls. That the 2010 elections would be very dangerous because we will be intemidated from challenging these false votes.

Folks, understand something,

if we DON’T do something about this,

we’re giving the Black Panthers license and immunity from prosecution for ANY crimes they want to commit.

This is EXACTLY what many of their mindset want. As they’ve already stated - “payback time”.

They damn well better have the power of the state at their back, seeing as how their support demographic is outnumbered 8 to 1.

Why there isn’t an absolute uprising over this is beyond me!

You have to pay attention to the news first,,50% of the idiots love Obama because he is bad for white America, (they are racist or America haters) 25% of this country is apathetic about politics.

The other 25% are to busy working = Obamanomics!

You can’t break the back of this nation. It isn’t just whites that have so much to lose (although these dolts are mainly targeting whites), but Hispanics, Asians, Indians (from India) who have a stake in this nation being what it is that they came to. These idiots are making these others into enemies and without realizing that there is more than just blacks or whites in this country.
