I was excited when Michael Steel was elected head of the RNC. That didn't last long. He has since demonstrated a barely-hidden contempt for conservatives and a glaring lack of leadership. He
should resign - but he won't.
It's galling but conservatives simply have to 'go around' the RNC, as we're doing - by ignoring RNC solicitations for money and, instead, contributing directly to conservative candidates and working with local Tea Party groups.
My battle cry is the same as that of millions of disaffected Republicans nationwide: "NO MORE RINOS"!

No such thing as a “conservative Democrat” Zell Miller

of all the RINO crap that Steele pulled, his position was sacrosanct.

major donors have deserted the RNC
Minor ones, too. I donate to spot individual campaigns, not the national party now- too many Craigs, Foleys, and Cunninghams. I got tired of the quarterly Republican thief/degenerate showing up on the news.

Steele and Graham should just spend the long weekend together on Fire Island, dreaming about being RATs when they grow up....

No. Steele goes because he is a complete MORON! And as far as I am concerned, most of the entrenched GOP leadership can go with him. These people couldn't sell a glass of water in the Sahara for crying out loud! No wonder they're in politics. Apparently they can't do anything else.

Considering that Democrats survive into their adult years, it oughta be a little bit easier for the limp biscuit known as Mr. Steele to do so. After all, he’s a RINO.

Zell Miller Doesn't count, since he hasn't held elected office since 2005. Might as well be talking about Thomas Jefferson, who was also a Democrat of the [more distant] past. Even in 2005, Miller was a rare dinosaur - one of the very last. The few remaining Dems today who even dare to call themselves conservative, or "blue dog," or whatever bogus term they choose to use, really aren't. As I said before, when push comes to shove it's party over principle and they vote with their Marxist party leaders with a little bit of so called "arm twisting."

The few remaining Dems today who even dare to call themselves conservative I do believe we have a fat load of “RINO” republicans who feel the same way
