Immigrant-rights activist Nativo Lopez jailed (eight felony counts alleging voter fraud)

Immigrant-rights activist and former Santa Ana schools trustee Nativo Lopez was jailed in Los Angeles Thursday after being indicted by the grand jury there for eight felony counts alleging voter fraud.

Los Angeles arrest records show that he was booked into the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, and is being held in lieu of $55,000 bail. Los Angeles District Attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said he faces a mental competency hearing on Aug. 6.

The Mexican American Political Association, of which he is president, responded with a press release today.

“Let it be known that he will be fasting in stance with his pursuit to life, liberty, and happiness our unalienable rights (sic),” reads the MAPA release.

The arrest and indictment are but the latest chapter in a 2-year-old saga related to him changing his voting address from his Santa Ana home to the Boyle Heights office of Hermandad Mexicana Latinoamericana, another group he leads.

In June of 2009, he was charged by Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley with four felony counts, alleging that Lopez’s primary residence continued to be in Santa Ana and so he had illegally registered to vote – and illegally voted – in Los Angeles.

Gibbons said she could not explain why the superseding grand jury indictment was filed.

Dodd, Frank and Waters crafting another racist
bill just like the CRA that caused the problem.
The very people who caused the problem the
first time have been empowered to make it
even worse.

MAPA. Another Mexican-Hispanic racist group along with La Raza (The Race) and the communist Atzlan organization.

Don’t forget MECHA, the Mexican-American student organization. They are a good little hatemonger irredentist group too.

When will Americans take back the land that we defend in blood, and support with our taxes? Time to stop the giveaway to money-hungry, sue-happy invaders who corrupt our culture, and burden us with costs for medical, schooling, housing, etc, etc, etc.

June 22, 2010----A Mexican native living in this country illegally has resigned from a NJ borough's Human Relations Committee after his immigration status was revealed. Juan Reyes stepped down from the committee June 7 following a report that referred to him as undocumented. Reyes had served about three years on the committee which got $278,000 toward legal fees and a fund set up to reimburse fines assessed against day laborers. The rights of day laborers to look for work in public places was also reaffirmed. Mayor Wilson said that he and the Borough Council asked for Reyes' resignation once his immigration status was revealed.

Immigrant groups plan rally at County jail

July 1, 2010---Religious, community and civic organizations, will hold a rally to protest local immigration enforcement policies, such as 287(g), to call attention to the policies currently in place which they fear may lead to a similar situation happening in Arizona......... enabling police to check the status on anyone they believe is suspected to be an undocumented immigrant. The rally is part of a series of events titled "Let My People Go" that are part of a broader nationwide, eight-week effort called the Isaiah 58 Summer, that includes a nationwide vigil and fast for Arizona.

Here is a very enlightening video...former LA Cop telling how Mexico & their cartels politically take over a US city.(like the many they have in California!)

The video leads to this website, with more sad information.

.......very enlightening video...former LA Cop tells how Mexico & their drug cartels politically take over a US city (as well as many other cities taken over in California!)....

Ohaha and Incompetano will be pleased to hear the drug cartels are going after those "horrid Americans" they despise.

I say we gift-wrap the video and send it to the WH.....as a belated May Day present.

Former Santa Ana schools trustee Nativo Lopez, an immigrant-rights activist------was jailed in Los Angeles after being indicted by the grand jury for eight felony counts alleging voter fraud.

The IRS, SEC and L/E should look into the activities of Nativo Lopez.......the ex-Santa Ana schools trustee indicted for alleged voter fraud. If Lopez encouraged illegals to cast fraudulent votes on referenda WRT taxing purposes, that is subject to prosecution. If illegal immigrants voted on tax-exempt bond issues, that could negate the bond revenue and subject illegals to prosecution

Demand that banks holding California tax-exempt bond revenue conduct an outside audit immediately and reveal their findings (or you will report banks to state and federal regulators).

The California Secy of State should be asked to release all official documents filed WRT tax-exempt bond issues that financed education, transportation, state authorities, infrastructures, and municipal revenue needs.

California Secretary of State Debra Bowen
1500 11th Street
Sacramento, California 95814
(916) 653-6814

ACTION Do the research on timelines when California legislators voted for the sale of of tax-exempt bonds to finance California revenue needs. These bonds were then sold to tax-exempt investors.

If bond sales were voted upon in state ballot referenda, California public officials may have mis-stated uses of tax-exempt bonds on referenda ballots. Tax-exempt bond sales that were put to referendum may have misled investors about the uses of bond revenue.

============================================

MISLEADING BOND INVESTORS IS A SERIOUS CRIME Investors in California tax-exempt bonds may have been misled about the use of tax-exempt bond revenue. The SEC closely monitors tax-exempt bond sales. The SEC takes a dim view about misleading tax-exempt investors and the misuse of tax-exempt bond revenue. So does the IRS.

===================================

HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

(1) Express your concerns about California's misappropriation of California tax-exempt bond revenue.

EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov.

(2) Contact the IRS to report suspected tax fraud and tax law violations by officials using tax-exempt bond revenue in ways not disclosed to investors.

IRS TOLL-FREE Tel 1-800-829-0433 You may remain anonymous.

(3) California officials should be reported for fiduciary negligence if they are found to have co-opted investors in tax-exempt bonds.

EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov.

Maybe an even better question is push our worthless AG, Jerry Moonbeam, and ask him why he isn’t filing fraud charges against these frauds.
