Ok I want to hear the story..6 days of work and I was too pooped to really enjoy it..next year I am taking a paid day... I really did not get excited about doing fireworks!!!
OK! LOL! A co-worker brought in a box of donuts from Martins. I picked a really yummy-looking donut with chocolate frosting and another dollop of chocolate on top of that. It was messy eating, and I ended up with two paper towels with tons of chocolate on them. It looked, well - gross! It was April 1st. I showed one of them to my co-worker - Fred. “Hey Fred. What does this look like to you?” (showing him one of the paper towels with chocolate on it). He just grinned. I took the nasty-looking paper towel and dropped it beside one of the toilets in the ladies necessary. Later Janet - who is one of the maintenance people - stopped in to chat. I said “Hey Janet, I was in the restroom this morning and some disgusting person left a dirty paper towel next to the toilet. “Oh I know!” She said. I had to get the rubber gloves on and pick it up!” It couldn’t be flushed and I had to put it in the garbage!” (said with a really disgusted look on her face!)
I picked up the other napkin (which I had saved), and said “Did it look like this?” She looked shocked and said OH YOU!!!! and laughed and laughed (she’s a good sport!). Fred could hardly keep a straight face through the whole thing. Before you know it, it was all over the court house. Even of the commissioners (Patty E) mentioned it to me!
