Lets be honest. The stock market is in a correction and the U.S. economic recovery is sputtering. Its not a good time to be buying stocks. But amid the tough times, investors can prepare for the next rally, looking for companies that are holding up better than most. The IBD 100 list of the top stocks based on fundamentals and technicals is a great place to start.
