However, many of our donations to good causes aren’t tax deductible like my $/day to Free Republic, and donations to NRA and similiar causes.
I will be donating on the 17 of July (due to cash flow re SS, retirement pay and other incomes). I may make a monthly autopayment until this is settled.

Not sure about this verbage, but the contributions accelerated AFTER the suit was filed. A distinction with a difference. I suspect AP was trying to downplay that.
