My take is they relish any chaos they can use their tools in the media to spin to claim justification for theft of liberties.
Solitar, when you wonder why no politicians in Washington are willing to even entertain the idea that Obama is not a natural born citizen, just know that the Rodney King riots and the ‘60s riots are the reason why. They all know that if Obama were deposed for something like that, whether it were true or not, the racial wound it would open, legitimate or not, would never heal. That’s why I’m sure they’ve all gotten together and agreed never to even consider the idea of an Obama impeachment.
A few years ago an opinion article written by a man from Egypt once stated that most American Negros were descended from those Africans captured by the muslim slavers. In his opinion being captured proved that the slaves were neither clever nor quick. This was supposed to explain why so many American Blacks had such a tough time adjusting to modern civilization.

Doesn't look like the race card was a winner here, which is good, because I for one would like to retire all the race cards once and for all.
What was that lady with the American flag draped over her shoulders (at about 5:41) saying? Sounded like “I want to shake your hand.”
Keep in mind that many of the ‘crackers’ there were likely (legally) armed. These instigators showed some very smart survival skills to get out of there without holes in them.
I can tell by the look on that puppy’s face that it has no problem telling the difference between friend and foe.
The New Black Panther Party also tried the same stunt in Jasper. TX, during the trial of the punks who dragged James Byrd to death. The New Black Panther Party and the Nazi/Klukkers got run out of town by the locals. The local jury also found the punks guilty and sent two to death row.
When Gore tried to use it against him in one of the debates, Bush basically said...2 death penalties and a life sentence...you can't punish them more than that. It was great.
Ironically, James Byrd's son is now an anti-death penalty activist, and is specifically opposed to the execution of his father's killers.
