I’m just curious about this athletic store, are its employees and clientele mostly Afro-American? Why don’t race-relation enraged blacks quit trashing their own neighborhoods and go trash some remote white suburb? Nah, that would be closer to being logical.
I wouldn't be surprised if lots of these are white anarchists who wouldn't dare to walk around East Oakland at night--or for that matter during the day either.
The area of the “protest” was 14th and Broadway, which is mostly middle class shopping. (close to civic center)
They tried that in the Korean markets of South L.A. and were met with a wall of lead! So much for THAT plan. heh heh
